Unruoch II of Friuli was a Lombard nobleman who lived in the 9th century. He was the son of Eberhard, Duke of Friuli and Gisela, daughter of Charlemagne's sister Gisela. Unruoch II was married to Engeltrude, daughter of Louis the Pious, the son of Charlemagne.

Unruoch II was an important political and military figure in his time, and played a key role in the wars between the Lombards and the Franks. He allied with the Franks against his own people, the Lombards, and helped them gain control of the region of Friuli.

In 846, Unruoch II was appointed as the Duke of Spoleto, a position he held until 853. He was also the Count of Parma, Modena, and Reggio Emilia. Unruoch II was known for his bravery and military prowess, and was respected by both his allies and his enemies.

Unruoch II was also a patron of the arts, and had a collection of manuscripts and books which he donated to the monastery of Nonantola. He died in 874, and was buried in the cathedral of Modena.
